Viaggio in Europa con la cucina nel sangue. Provando cosucce di qua e di là, qualcosa si assimila ogni tanto. Sono soprattutto gli ingredienti locali a farla da padrona, ciascuno chiama la sua preparazione. Qualche volta e` bello anche sperimentare. Questo blog e` nato da tutte queste osservazioni e per condividere una passione: la buona cucina.

I travel in Europe with cooking as more than a hobby. Sometimes assimilating what is tried here and there. It’s the local products however that dictate what to prepare, and how. They are rather demanding. At times it is nice to experiment. This blog was born from all these remarks, and to share a passion: the good cooking.
