Frittata with Kale and Wiener sausages Recipe

Enrich your eggs with this frittata: succulent stir-fried kale and sliced weiner (or Vienna) sausages, also known as frankfurters.


INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 leaves of kale
  • 2 Vienna sausages (or frankfurters)
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Slice the Vienna sausages. Wash and coarsely chop the kale, and stir-fry it on a large pan with the 1 and ½ olive oil spoons and the Vienna sausages. Add some water to help the cooking of the kale, and salt a bit. On a bowl, beat the eggs with some salt and pepper, at taste. Finally, add ½ spoon of olive oil more when the kale is cooked, add the beaten eggs on the pan and let cook the frittata. Enjoy!
