Linguini bottarga and burrata Recipe

Cooking pasta is easy. Not for this, it cannot be tasty!

Here is a recipe that will satisfy your taste buds, worth the best restaurants 🙂

PastaBottarga

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
  • 200 gr linguini
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 gr bottarga, grated
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • (OPTIONAL) a sprig of chopped parsley
PREPARATION

Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling hot salted water (8-10 min). On a side fry pan, put the olive oil and lie 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half, from the cut side. Stir fry for 5 min, or until the tomatoes are soft. Then, put the burrata and let it melt in the pan, at medium flame. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the burrata+tomatoes sauce. Serve on dishes, sprinkle with generous bottarga and garnish with the remaining cherry tomatoes. Optionally, add some freshly chopped parsley for an extra bit of color. Enjoy 🙂
