Chicken with mushrooms and dark beer Recipe

Spicy up your chicken with this tasty and saucy recipe. The dark beer really gives its best!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
  • 250gr chicken breast
  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • olive oil
  • ½ glass dark beer (Leffe Brown)
  • (optional) sesame seeds
PREPARATION

On a large frying pan, stir-fry the coarsely chopped onion and mushrooms with the olive oil (might need to add few water to cook). When done, add the chicken cut in large chunks. As the chicken is half-way, salt everything, add the beer and let cook at small flame, stirring it every now and then. Let the sauce dry, but not too much: it is very tasty 🙂
