Here we present a pasta that encases the tastes from Mediterranean islands

Pasta Isola

INGREDIENTS for 2 people
  • 200 gr pasta
  • 100 gr tuna chunks
  • 6 large olives
  • 6 capers
  • ½ onion
  • 2 spoons extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon origan
  • a handful of fresh pistachios (not toasted/salted)
PREPARATION

Boil the pasta in salted hot water. Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, gently fry the chopped onion with the tuna and the olive oil. Add the chopped olives and capers. When the pasta is cooked, add the sauce and stir. Finally, sprinkle with the finely-chopped pistachios and a pinch of origan.
