Moistest Carrot Cake Recipe

The moistest carrot cake we ever tasted. Simply wonderful.


  • 200gr grated carrots
  • 50gr chopped walnuts
  • 125gr flour
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 200gr sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking tray with a dash of butter.

Beat eggs well. Add the sugar and beat till frothy and smooth. Add the oil and stir once. Add the sieved dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder) and stir to make a smooth batter. Then add the chopped walnuts and grated carrots and mix well.
Bake for 30-35 min.
