Bruschetta recipe

Summer in Italy means… bruschetta! Here is the original one.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 slices of ciabatta bread (1cm thick)
  • olive oil, salt, origan
PREPARATION:

Super simple. Chop the cherry tomatoes (the ripest, the tastiest). Toast the bread slices (ciabatta bread is just perfect) until golden. Once cooked, gently rub the garlic cloves on one surface of the bread slices, and lay the chopped tomatoes on top. Toss with olive oil, salt, and origan at taste.

Enjoy as appetiser 😉
