A taste of Korea
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- seaweed sheets (Nori)
- 10g butter
Crack four eggs in a bowl, add two tablespoons of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix all the ingredients. Filter the egg mixture in order to render it smooth.
Butter a frying pan and add a small amount of egg mixture (enough just to cover the pan). Sprinkle some seaweed all over it and, when the egg is half cooked, roll the omelette from one side and move it to one side of the frying pan. Then butter the pan again, add some more egg mixture and sprinkle with seaweed pieces. Repeat until the egg mixture is finished.
Move the omelette to a dish and cut it into slices.
