Choco-berries mousse recipe

The dream cake of all chocolate lovers.

  • Dr. Oetker’s Double Chocolate Mousse Supreme
  • 250ml milk
  • 250gr strawberries
  • 125gr blueberries
  • 100gr dark chocolate

For the dough:

  • 200 gr flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder

First of all, prepare the dough. Mix the flour with butter, chocolate powder and sugar, knead the dough until smooth. Spread it on the bottom of a baking tin and bake it at 180° for 30′ (or until golden). Let it cool down. Once cold, cover it with a layer of dark chocolate flakes (use about half of the chocolate bar). Add another layer of strawberries and blueberries. Save some berries to decorate the top of the cake.

Prepare the double chocolate mousse following the instructions written on the package. Spread the mousse over the berries. Put the cake in the fridge for about 3 hours.

Once the chocolate mousse is firm, decorate it with the remaining berries. Melt the remaining dark chocolate in a pan and pour it all over the cake. (Let your artistic self guide you!). Inspirational picture of our little masterpiece above. 🙂
