A quick and tasty antipasto, a stricking success. Further, it’s super easy
- a bunch (~20) of green asparagus
- 10 slices of Parma ham (San Daniele or Parma, whether one likes it saltier or sweeter)
- a knob of butter
- boil the asparagus for 10′ in non-salty water
- wrap 2 by 2 with a slice of ham
- lightly fry them on a non-stick pan with the butter until golden
