Asparagus in blanket recipe

A quick and tasty antipasto, a stricking success. Further, it’s super easy

INGREDIENTS:
  • a bunch (~20) of green asparagus
  • 10 slices of Parma ham (San Daniele or Parma, whether one likes it saltier or sweeter)
  • a knob of butter
PREPARATION:
  • boil the asparagus for 10′ in non-salty water
  • wrap 2 by 2 with a slice of ham
  • lightly fry them on a non-stick pan with the butter until golden

Serve and taste: enjoy!
