Eating out @ Strasbourg – a delicious dinner, wild boar stew with spätzle, tgether with a Côtes-du-rhône and finished with two characteristic digesives: Vieille Prune (grappa stravecchia of plum) and Chartreuse (a herbal liquor made by the Carthusian Monks of Voiron, France).
