Frittata with asparagus, Parma ham and Camembert Recipe

 Today we found the very first green asparagus of the season and we immediately took the chance to prepare a delicious oven-baked frittata

INGREDIENTS:
  • a bunch of green asparagus
  • 8 Parma ham slices
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 6 slices of Camembert
  • a pinch of grated Parmigiano
PREPARATION:
  • whisk the eggs together and add the Parmigiano
  • wash and boil the asparagus in non-salted water for 10′
  • spread enough of them to cover a small oven tray
  • cover the asparagus with 4 slices of Parma ham
  • repeat the asparagus/Parma ham layer
  • pour the eggs+Parmigiano in the tray
  • cover everything with the slices of Camemebert
COOKING:

Oven-bake in a warm oven at 180° until the eggs are well cooked
